Style, nature, community … and FUN !

Jungle Falls will add FUN to the style, nature, and community of the surrounding area. With the “bring the beach out East” philosophy, the Park will make the site a water destination for the whole family.

The Park will not only provide water recreation for area families, but will attract families from surrounding areas (typically up to a 50 mile radius). The Park will also draw tourists to the area and expand the customer and economic base of local businesses.

Jungle Falls will adopt many 'green' building principles in its design, build, and operation. Aspects such as proximity to residential density, water reclamation and recycling, waterless toilets, native landscaping, waste recycling, use of green building materials, native landscaping, etc. will set new standards for water park design and will provide an unparalleled opportunity to inspire the imagination of younger generations for a green, sustainable future.

Jungle Falls: Fusion of Style and Nature

Jungle Falls, upon final stage completion, will feature a dense tropical jungle theme, which will be complimented by lush landscaping throughout the grounds. The tasteful Jungle theme will wind through the park and provide the unifying design element - linking building architecture, pathways, and attractions.

In short, the park’s theme and landscaping will pay tribute to the natural spaces that are a cornerstone of the design philosophy of the park.

Jungle Falls will be anchored by a 20,000 square foot state of the art wave pool with simulated tropical beach, and more than a dozen different water slides, including single slides, and family, multi-person tube rides. A slow flowing river ride will flow around the park complete with waterfalls, food stands, a restaurant, and gift shops. A multi-level children’s play/activity area “Chimps Jungle Tree House” will cater to the youngest guests. An outdoor stage will provide a venue for afternoon and evening beach parties, concerts, movies, and other community events.

A sense of Community

Jungle Falls will be designed and built as the Community’s Park. Public input for the continued expansion of Water Features will be periodically sought through the Park’s webpage, exit surveys and community meetings. In this way, the Park and Community will continue to co-evolve.

Community related activities will include corporate ‘teams’ sand volleyball tournaments, locally sponsored surf and body board competitions, and other planned sponsored events. Jungle Falls plans to offer scholastic scholarship programs for its school aged employees based on performance, safety and public relations, summer swim and splash camps, as well as offer sponsorships to local community programs, projects, and charities. An outdoor stage will provide the community with a unique and fun place to meet and host events.
